My wife and I spent a week in Peoria during the summer of '03, but it was not a pleasant time. We had been driving through the night from PA to get to my grandmother's funeral in Davenport, IA.

Did not make it, fell asleep and pinballed between the guard rails lining both sides of the road. I don't think I ever left the hospital all week until we left.
They are still nice pictures, just got me started on a bad memory.
