There are very few cases where the losing party pays the other sides legal fees but if it is a cut and dry case that never should have been brought to court, the losing party can be ordered to pay all or a portion of the other parties legal fees. In this case, considering the value, lawyers aren't going to be cheap. I can't see that Aumanns did anything wrong and acted in good faith. It seems the seller didn't.
