Father in law just got rid of his 2000 f250 4x4 v10. Had I think 210,000 of the hardest miles you can imagine, drives it like he stole it even going down the lane to the mailbox. I don't think he had any problems with that motor while he had it. He just bought a 2008 with the v10 we'll see if this one holds up as well. Good luck with yours. Mike
