There are kits available to install after-market radios. Most of those radios available will fit the Ford. Kits come with different face plates and mounts to slide into the existing opening securely. Also if after-market look for a wiring kit. Plugs into the trucks audio wiring fitting (which you pulled out of the existing radio) and then is fitted to the radio of choice. For the Ford player you shouldn't have to change any wiring unless you are adding some speakers somewhere else. As others said look at some salvage yard. Oh and may want to get the Ford radio removal tool. Although metal coat hangers can be used in a pinch.
