Walt, I think you need to get those front tires up, onto something solid. Put down as many sheets of plywood as you can and a few 2x8s or 4x4s to distribute the weight and then jack it up. Slide some big timber under the front tires.
I have put my Coleman lantern under the oil pan of my tractor and then made a skirt to go around the bottom of the engine and lantern. After about 30 minutes I check to see if the engine will rotate fast enough to try to start. If it does, I remove the lantern and then turn on the gas.
