To the best of my knowledge that wheel was used in pass and comm from 1932 thru 1935. 1932 was 18" 33=34 was 17 inch 35 was 16 inch in wire spokes. 36 was steel disk with different bolt pattern. Kinaa looked like a early VW Beetle wheel. Wheels got moved around during the war due to tire shortage. Hope this helps.
