I think your fuel supply is clogged. That is why the tractor was not making full power prior to it stopping. Remove the fuel line, the one coming from the tank, at the injector pump. It should run a steady stream about 1/2 the diameter of a pencil. If it does not run as described blow back into the line real hard and observe the flow again. It if improves that is your problem. Reconnect and handpump the fuel until all air is ejected and start the tractor. It may run rough for a few minutes but will clean up shortly. After you finish plowing you need to clean up the fuel system. Repost your results.
