I have no idea but I've heard of a farm sale where they brought out some strange looking metal contraptions for sale. The antique buyers and others were bidding away on them. Turns out the farmer's sons said they were just junk they had bolted together or welded for the heck of it. Had no purpose or use whatever. Maybe a part off that ETD that used to be mentioned on this page. Phil
