Hey Brandon You did not say what model you have. If it is is a 2/cycle or not. I agree with the other post, on a 2 cycle, make sure the the emergency shut off is in the on position, and also with the valve covers off that the throttle goes from full to idle freely. If it would bind up it may runaway on you .I would open up the intake side of the blower to see it it is turning and leave it open. If it starts and keeps going you can block the air if the emergency shut down is not working.Fresh fuel and filters are a must. Guido.
