I agree with "i luv farmalls", you have water in the rear end, but I disagree with the fix. A 350 should have Hytran (or its equivelent) in the rear end. If you have hytran the oil mixes with the water and you'll never drain just eh water out. If you have gear lube it will damage your TA and shouldn't be in there in the first place.
Best move is to drain it all out and replace with Hytran or a Hytran knock off.
