Your plugs are hooked completely different than on a truck diesel. Your system has all the glow-plugs hooked in series - so if just one burns out - none of the others can work.
Normally - for other diesels I'd tell you to stay away from Champion plugs - but in this case they're fine and easy to buy - even from NAPA. Cost around $8 - $10 apiece.
Glow plugs are Champion CH28 (#155).
