It's loaded...got the works. Sheet metal is faded, seat is worn...but not bad. Engine is not oily and dirty like most...it's real clean. Tires are all about 5 years old and no cracks or boots. Most likely 80% tread. Only piece I can see missing is the PTO shield, and he says he has it if he can find it. I figured I can find one at OEM.
