If the danged cats get cold here in Michigan,they curl up with the dog. Here's what you do though. Go out and put in a new electrical outlet,but don't hook it up to anything. Better yet,make it a GFI not hooked up,tell her it will protect the cat from getting fried if the bed gets wet. Make sure she only plugs in to that one...for the cats own good.
