My vote is for the fuel pressure regulator as well. Check it like Bryan says, though if you don`t see any fuel it can still be bad. Then I would pull it off, hold it upside down and tap it on a clean rag. If you can see any fuel at all coming out of that vacuum port, it`s junk. The higher blends of ethanol in the gas tends to dry out the diaphram. Good luck
