My 1952 Case DC 4 tractor's hand clutch lever will not move forward far enough to snap into place to engage the clutch as normal. When I hold the handle forward the clutch engages. However, as soon as I let go of the hand lever the clutch disengages. It appears the clutch lever travels half of the normal distance then stops before it snaps into place. Any assistance to diagnosis my clutch issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dale
