We're looking at about 12 grand to tile out a 25 acre parcel next year.Pattern tile every 60 feet.
Well drained soil is HUGE here in SE Minn.Yield monitors peak out right at the tile locations and taper off in between.Well tiled soil is the difference between $125 and $300/acre rent.
We are cursed/blessed that the drainage ditch runs through our property. The surrounding neighbors field mains have to run across our fields.Mains have to be good sized to keep up.Ours drains first.
We're still crunching the numbers as far as pay back time frame, but are scheduled in. ~brad
