You'll have to take your head into a machine shop and get the gasket mating surface "milled" or "planed" back to truly flat. The reason your gasket is blowing is there's a spot between the head and block that isn't as tight as the rest; a weak spot. When you put it back together, make sure you torque the bolts down the correct amount AND in the correct order. After you get the engine warm from running it, re-tighten the bolts. Oh, while you're at the machine shop, get the exhaust and intake gasket surfaces milled too. Heck, why not grind the valves too.
