Yes, the Govment says yer cattle can't whiz in the creek, but where i live, the outflow from the sewage treatment plant, down by the Ohio River, goes right into the river. Some Govment wag showed how healthy the outflow was--said it was fit to drink!-- and drank some of it--or at least he said it was that water!(Sneaky things are done, to try and fool the public).
And then, that outflow mixes into the river water and it flows downstream to the next water intake for Ambridge, or Sewickley, or Rochester, Pa. and they send it thru their drinking water lines, ad infinitum!
I wonder what it tastes like, way down south!
And, the Govment complains about yer cows watering the creek----
