Correct lubricants for Ford Jubilee Tractor

Could someone suggest the correct spec and types of Lubricants to use for the transmision, hydralics and back differential along with what type of Hydralic oil to use with the Massey Ferguson model 99 loader that came on the tractor.
Bought the tractor at a auction and thought changing out the fluids would be a good idea as don"t know the service history. Would I need different weights for summer versus winter the area is upstate NY. Thanks for the help!!!
