After the surgery be sure to do the exercise things that the physical therapy people tell you to do. And do it exactly and as often as they say. I did and my recovery was a breeze...well, a real long breeze...it will take time, but you can feel improvement every day. Within 6-8 months that shoulder gave me more flexibility than the other one; still does. I had alot of people scare me with their stories of so much pain. Don"t listen to them. LA in
