I'm sure you guys up north know a whole lot more about vehicles freezing than a Texan ever will. My experience is when you have slush in the radiator, and you start it, It will get hot because it won't circulate the coolant. It just melts in the block and boils but none gets in the radiator to cool down. L.D.
