Just read your post again. Goofed about the Texas part, that's where you are going, possibly not at. Anyway Richards has 4 shops according to their web site. I have also had several other Toshiba's to Richards for repair and also purchased a new laptop from them. They were always fair and more than reasonable on cost of repairs, in my opinion.
