This is my 4th winter burning corn. I go through a gravity box, about 4.5 tons. It heats my 2 bedroom pretty good, though the oil furnace kicks in when below 0F. One bad thing is since the furnace is quiet, the basement gets cold and my floors (no carpeting) lets cold into the house. My stove (St. Croix) can burn pellets but you have to do something to the fire pot. I'm not sure what.
