All the below are good Ideas, but here is my 2 cents. Take a heavy piece of cardboard and particially block the shutte of your mower. This too will mulch the leaves real fine. This also allows the mower to discharge so it's not so hard on it. If you still want to remove the mulched leaves, Then go over it again w/ your vac. This will mulch even more. It will cut your volume considerably. Ed.
