When you say low 30's, do you mean -30's or just 30's. If it's -30's, is cold. 30's isn't cold at all. Most places that get colder weather sell seasonally adjusted diesel. I don't know if your tractor has glow plugs or not, or even what engine it has. Best bet is to plug it in if you can. Some engines can use starting fluid but it has to be used very sparingly. Some engines can't use starting fluid ever. -30's forget it unless it's plugged in for a while. You could get a propane heater to warm it up. It will need to turn over as fast as possible.
