Yea, I've even made an Antique Tractor Pulling webpage for the club I pull with here in Mid Michigan. My uncle and I campaign four Farmalls (Super C, Super H, M, and Super M). We pull in in the Antique Plus class which is pretty close to NATPA division 3. We pull in weight classes from 2500 - 6500.
