Check with both appliances that you want to hook up. I am sure that you CANT put both on one flue. I had thought about doing the same thing, corn stove and wood stove on the same 6" flue. Both manuals to each say NO. I am sure that it would work ONLY if ran one at a time and had the proper up draft. (no horizontal pipe) Also your Home insurance comp. would likely not insure it.
