you can try a product made by wurth, replast plastic repair. it is a two part epoxy, but, there is a special gun and tip you need to mix it. the other choice is to plastic weld it. you would be better off letting the body shop do the repair as the materials are pretty expensive for a repair done at home. you need to remove and install the facia cover, say 2 hr labor, repair cover, 2 hr, repaint cover, 2.5 hrs + 1.0 clear coat. so about 7.5 hrs labor, our rate is 46 hr, 345.00 labor, 91.00 in paint and material, say 436.00 total. if you took the cover off and brought it to the shop, have them repair and repaint, and you can re-install it.
