That looks like staining from rust, from the air stack ? Seems once you clean and paint that, won't that stop the staining ? I've never seen any tin on a piece of equipment like that before, electroplated galvanized, like the old water buckets, trash cans etc., one durable finish to be only stained on the outside.
How'd it run? must have missed that part somewhere in the saga.
