I guess you can keep laughing then, seems there is a bit about synthetic oils you don't get. I have seen many examples of what it can do for an engines life but the best example is my 96 Sierra w/ 5.7, just turned 369,000 miles. Did a compression test last year and mechanic said all 8 were within 10% of rated compression. So you can keep on laughing, as I keep driving toward a half million miles, thanks to the Mobil 1.
