ding ding ding.... there's an obvious problem. Your disk is sticking to the flywheel.
This is caused by greasy deposits on the tranny input shaft and/or twisted, messed up splines. This usually occurs after you put in a new clutch, try opening the access hole and spraying wd-40 or some kind of silicone oil on the splines at the clutch disk.
Worked for me on a few Farmall cubs, they had the exact SAMMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEE problem
