I never saw a 60 Horse power in 1935? I have seen a lot of them in 1937 and worked on a lot of them and they were not worth the time to repair when new. The 1940 fords were sleved and were steel and you could take them out and use a Merc piston as the bore was already honed. Have did a lot of them for the stock cars. I think it was the 59A block in both ford and Merc. I'm 84 years old now and started working on cars in 1939. Still love fast cars and have a 1995 Impala SS that is hot:) Take care, Ditty-Md
