Hey JENRAY The difference betwwen an automotive battery and a marine battery is the way they are rated. Auotmotive battery are rated a 0 degree f. While marine battery are rated at 32 degree f. As longe as you have enough capacity at the temperature you are using the battery you should have no problem. The colder the battery gets the less power/potential is its output. Guido.
