I am looking at the same type of tractor. I am finding used tractors are pretty high. And new ones, like the tc30 have cheap financing programs. I haven't gone and priced the kubota yet, but a tc30 with loader is 15K+ with a 0 percent financing over 5 years. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other ones, but the 4wd, power steering, and loader are pretty good. I should have bought a new years ago, rather than struggling with some of my old stuff.
