If I remember correctly, (gittin' harder & harder) there is a spiral ring holding that bearing. Same as a snap ring only thinner and wraps around about two or three times. Should be a notch in the outside end that you can get a screwdriver behind and work it outa there. Also, I think the pivot end of that arm can be bored to a bigger size and you can sleeve the pin to accomodate the larger bushing. Drill and tap the end of the pivot pin for a 1/2" capscrew and use a capscrew and heavy washer to hold it together.
