Like mentioned earlier, it is really only worth something to a collector and the value is whatever someone is willing to pay. The pull sled adds some value, they are fairly rare, but again demand for them is low. I have 5 vintage Scorpion snowmobiles, the restored ones are worth (to a collector) about $600 each.
The real question is: what is it worth to you? If you aren't trying to squeeze every penny out of the sled and this guy is offering you a $200, it might be worth it to sell it to him. If you got the impression he was just going to resell the if, you might want to ask for more. Ebay is a great tool, but for sleds the shipping costs often hamper the price.
