Thought about the toilet--decided against--another sep room to heat and another bathroom to keep clean were the deciding factors against (and the cost of a septic tank). New addition is configured so that a person has to enter the main shop area first--there will be no door from the outside directly into the new area---this should help keep the hog manure out for the most part--but we MUST NOT have any cloth chairs--know the must be vinal to keep hog dust and dirt in general from getting imbedded into upholstery.
This will be a long-awaited and much-needed upgrade for us. We are doing the work ourselves so had to pick corn until now---so must freeze our butts off building it. I tell the guys it will make us appreciate it even more.
