Ordinary gas line deicer or methyl hydrate works, you can mix a quart of automatic transmission fluid into some diesel fuel and add to the tank.ATF has an affinity for moisture and will remove it and lube the pump at the same time. Carquest has diesel fuel conditioner which cleans the injectors as well. The de icer will remove bacteria from the fuel that live only in the water in the fuel.
