Thanks for posting this information Jdemaris. This is something I worry a lot about, as most of my farm diesels are 25-35 years old,with several with fuel lubed standyne pumps.
With a heavy heart I find I must change my fuel supplier. He is a life long friend, but only believes the Mobil /Exxon BS line and refuses to consider handling any biofuels. He never misses a chance to bash biofuels with some of the most outrageous negitive claims, This inspite of the fact that 95% of his customers are farmers who make their living(and pay their fuel bill) growing the crops that make Ethanol and biodiesel.
