Hi Guys Does it matter where a diesel fuel lift pump is place in the system. Can I use two seperate fuel tanks with there own filtering system then control which the lift pump takes fuel from by using Murphy fuel shut off switches. The lift pump could then supply fuel to the injection pump from whatever tank was being used. Will the fuel lift pump manage to suck fuel through the filters or does it need to take fuel straight from the tanks then push it through the fuel filters on its way to the injection pump? Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks Bill
