In Ohio it is legal to shoot deer from you farm machinery. It is ridiculous but here is what the regulations book says "All hunting from motor vehicles, expect boats and machinery being used in farming operations is prohibited." I asked the local game warden and he said it is one of the the loopholes that our wonderful state made in the regulations. So long as you are engaging in a farming operation you can hunt. So if your are our shelling corn you can have the 12ga loaded and setting next to you in the cab, when you see that monster bang. Just be sure you don't stop the combine when you shoot or it is illegal.
