I buy some penny-ante stuff on EBay; manuals etc. I've never had a PayPal account, paying by check or POMO. Before 11-9-07, sellers invoices always had sellers mail address. Since 11-9 or so, Invoice page has no address; "Pay Now" button on invoice takes me to pg 1 (review page), "continue" at bottom of pg 1 takes me to pg 2, which has Paypal box AND SHOULD HAVE buttons at both left corners of PayPal box for "other payments"; when I get those buttons, I get page 3 with sellers mail adds... BUT most invoices since 11-9 have NO "other payment" buttons, and NO WAY to get past pg 2... (I get mail adds's by email to seller) Question: EBay says to contact PayPal; I've never dealt with PayPal in any way---who runs that outfit, EBay or PayPal???
