Try starting it by squirting starter fluid into the carb while cranking it. If it starts keep shooting a little fluid in to keep it running. If you can keep it running this way, you have a carb problem such as the needle valve stuck in the closed position.Take the line off going into the carb and see if gas flows out,if it does not there is an obstruction.If you have a drain plug in the bottom of the carb, take it out. The gas should run out freely.Put some water remover in the gas tank too.
