I'm not a scientist, but: same tractor, same
chisel, same driver, same temperature, same field,
difference was only the additive, (forgot to buy
it and went without for the first day). I was
stopping every couple of rounds and letting her
cool down the first day. It did not heat up as
much the next day. This was 3 years ago, and I
haven't since needed to stop plowing because the
tractor was too hot, just the driver.
