Hold your hand over the throat of the carburetor and see if you have good suction on your hand. I would run a compression test on all cylinders and see what those readings are. Good compression and intake manifold vacuum are all related. Your plug wires should be in this firing order on the distributor cap. 2-1 4-3 You may need to pull No1 sparkplug near the radiator and bring that piston to TDC on the compression stroke. Then remove the distributor cap and see where the rotor is pointing. It should be a the No1 plug tower. Hal
