my uncle put up a 36x60 pole barn a couple years ago. did all the work him self, including wiring, grading, and a 20x 15 slab for a work shop. he had about 10K$ in it, not incl. the cost of concrete. not insulated, 2 sliding doors. we had to go back about 2-3 months ago to rebuild part of the roof. we told him not to build under that old maple, but he didn't listen. luckily, it only hit one sheet, a purlin, and a truss....
