First go the states attorney and give them the names of all known to be involved. then call spca and do the same. then call state police and county sheriffs office and complain about discharge of a firearm in the city. If this dont get them nailed I dont know what to tell you. The gun discharge and the state police should be good enough. Also everyone that sees it happen needs to call 911, it will be logged in each time and the SA will have that to use in court
