Court ordered no tresspassing. Simple as that. Land closed to ALL until it's disposition is determined.
I don't try to claim rights over the property. I do have a say in what happens involving MY property. I do have a say in what endangers my saftey and that of my family. The ground they were hunting on is only 12 acres. That's not exactly enought to be shooting towards the perimiter of the property. Poachers who can't follow laws or use weapons in a responsible manner concern me. Obviously they don't concern you. Maybe that would be different if it was YOUR house they were shooting towards.
I'm a hunter myself. I have no problem with hunting in a responsible manner. It's people who totally disregard the law by hunting on someone elses property without permission, and without regard to the saftey of the general public that I have problems with.
