Around these parts all of what you mentioned is illegal so take pictures of their truck and them and call the law. I had a friend get a real nice shotgun once for free. The guy hunting was on a felony probation and was not allowed to carry a gun so he tossed it in the weeds when the DNR pulled up. My friend asked the DNR about it and said the guy said he wasn"t hunting so it must be just a gun you found but I can run the numbers to make sure it isn"t stolen! The guy lied of course and said his dog had ran off and he saw it on my buddies place. The trespasser never came back for the gun.
