I agree with spook. I have been on both sides of this. My grandfather try"d for years to keep the white trash off our farm. While I was in college I worked in tobacco for a farmer. He was always run"n off trash too. I worked out a deal with my boss. He printed off a leagal looking lease agreement, me and a buddy signed it. We posted the place and hunted there by ourselves. We told every one who we saw on the farm we paid good money (hey $1 is "good") to lease it and they needed to move on worked good. Now I lease my farm and my grandmothers to a buddy, he can hunt there as long as he wants as long as he runs every one else off.
